Architecture and Engineering
Pablo Cáceres and Rodrigo Puentes are both graduates of PUC de Valparaiso (University of Valparaiso) School of Architecture. They are experienced in the renovation of historically important buildings in Valparaiso, having undertaken a number of loft conversion projects and private renovations. They also have great experience in the construction of ecologically friendly houses along the Central Coast of Chile.
Pablo is an experienced appraiser/valuer of residential and commercial real estate.
In addition to Pablo and Rodrigo, we also work with a group of Santiago-based architects who specialise in the construction of eco-friendly, adobe houses. They are some of only a handful of architects in Chile who specialise in this age-old construction technique.
Our Civil Engineer, Jorge Carvallo, is a member of a long established and well-respected family owned company. His firm has participated in the construction of both apartment towers and private residences all over Chile. Jorge is also a professor at PUC de Valparaiso (University of Valparaiso).
Agriculture and Viticulture
Hans Fleischmann heads our agricultural team. A graduate of Universidad de Chile where he studied agronomy, specialising in viticulture, Hans worked for Chile’s largest vineyard, Concha y Toro, before becoming one of the lead winemakers for Viña La Estampa, a well-established vineyard that exports its award winning wine to over 20 countries from its base in Santa Cruz, in the heart of the Colchagua Valley.
Hans has visited vineyards and participated in industry conferences worldwide.
Working alongside Hans are highly experienced surveyors, cartographers and experts in fruit farming.
Legal
We work with different lawyers depending on the specific legal and language requirements of our clients. We work with some of the finest and most respected lawyers in Chile. They all have years of experience working with high level government and business figures and the largest national and multinational corporations. Our lawyers are experts in residential, commercial and agricultural real estate, corporate law and tax law amongst other areas.
Banking and Money Transfer
Chile is a safe country in which to invest your money but it is imperative that the funds are entered into the country legally and in compliance with international banking laws. Our banking associates will take care of all the official paperwork required by the Banco Central to send funds into Chile and will ensure that you keep your transaction costs as low as possible.
