About Us

We are experienced in the acquisition and renovation of South American property. Prior to moving to the Central Region of Chile we worked in Argentina where we assisted foreign investors purchase residential real estate. We now offer the same service in Chile.

We fully understand the difficulties that can arise when investing overseas, particularly when there are additional barriers such as language and cultural differences. These are difficulties that we have faced on many occasions and that we can help you overcome.

We work only with professionals who we personally trust and who are amongst the finest in their respective fields.

We can help individual and larger scale investors with every step of buying real estate in Chile. We offer clear and impartial advice and work exclusively on behalf of our clients as independent consultants.

Matt Ridgway

Matt graduated with a II.i class degree in Management Studies from the University of Leeds Business School in 2001. He then worked briefly for KPMG in the Accounts Department. He has since worked and travelled extensively around the world. Within South America he has visited Peru and Bolivia. He has also lived, worked and travelled in Ecuador, Argentina and Chile. During his 3 years in Argentina he worked as a private real estate consultant assisting foreign investors in Buenos Aires and also as a private tutor and a translator. He has great experience of living abroad and working with foreign investors. He understands both the upside and downside of making an international move and the issues that can arise.

Lorena Guerrero
